YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's basketball program has added Julius Ellerbe (Fort Washington, Md./VA Beach Sports Academy/East Central (Miss.) CC) to the 2023-24 roster, Head Coach Stan Heath announced today, Aug. 10. The 6-foot-7 Ellerbe comes to Ypsilanti with two years of eligibility after finishing the 2022-23 season at East Central Community College in Decatur, Miss.
"I am excited to bring Julius on board," Heath said. "He gives us experience at the wing position, is very versatile, and handles the ball very well. He also is a good defender with toughness and we are hopeful he can come in and be an impact player for us.
