YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — With games scheduled against Coastal Carolina, Illinois, Kentucky, Purdue, Rutgers and San Diego State, the Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics announced its non-conference football schedules through 2020 today, Nov. 1.
In total, Eastern Michigan has agreements in place with 11 different opponents to play over the next six seasons. Five of the arrangements are for home-and-home series while the remaining contests are just singular game agreements.
"Our goal was to bring excitement to 'The Factory' and to create opportunities for our fans to travel with us to some destination locations on the road," said EMU Vice President and Director of Athletics Heather Lyke.
