EAST LANSING, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Following a solid opening weekend to the outdoor season, the Eastern Michigan track & field team is ready to trek to East Lansing, Mich. for the Spartan Invitational, April 1-2. The two-day meet will be hosted by Michigan State University, with Friday's action set to begin at noon, and will pick up at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Last weekend, the women's team saw two individuals produce exceptional performances in senior Kadian Clarke (Kingston, Jamaica-Immaculate Conception) and junior Sofia Ivanko (Buenos Aires-St. Matthew's college).
