YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University rowing Head Coach Kemp Savage announced eight Class of 2023 signees to the program today, Aug. 15. The incoming first year class features six experienced rowers and two talent-transfer athletes.
"We are really excited to get our new freshmen class on campus," said Savage. "They bring a diverse athletic background and their experience is really going to build our speed. Our newcomers are going to be a huge part of our next step toward winning the Colonial Athletic Association Championship."
Joining Eastern as veterans of the sport are Ainsley Dean (Lewis Center, Ohio-Olentangy Orange), Delani Fisher (Ellettsville, Ind.
