YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's gymnastics team came out on top in a nail biter against the Kent State Golden Flashes today, Feb. 10, by a final score of 195.750 – 195.550. The Eagles were trailing heading into the final event, but a clutch floor rotation sealed the victory for the Green and White.

"I loved the fight from our team on beam and floor today," exclaimed Head Coach Sarah Brown. "We've had some issues on those events this season, so it was great to see us recover from some small miscues and get back on track.
