Owen Day
Eastern Michigan junior Owen Day won both events in which he competed at the 2020 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, Feb 28-29 inside the Stile Athletics Field House in Akron, Ohio. The Ottawa, Ontario native defended his title in the mile run with a time of 4:06.86, before winning the 800-meter crown as he crossed the finish line in 1:51.
