(EMUEagles.com) - In front of a season-high crowd of nearly 700, the Eastern Michigan University softball team completed its first three-game sweep of a Mid-American Conference opponent in the program's history Saturday, April 16. The Eagles (18-23, 8-6 MAC) shutout Ball State University to take a 2-0 win in game two before completing the sweep of the Cardinals (18-26, 4-11 MAC) with a 15-11 thriller in game three.
