ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving team fell to Oakland University, 182-118, at the Oakland Aquatic Center, Feb. 5. The meet marked the end of Eastern's non-conference schedule for the 2020-21 season.

Diving highlighted the evening for EMU, led by reigning Mid-American Conference Diver of the Week, senior Bethany Berger (Batavia, Ohio-Glen Este), and sophomore Keira Veltigian (Oxford, Mich.-Oxford). Berger won both the 1-meter and 3-meter events, recording scores of 288.75 and a season-best 302.93, respectively. Veltigian had a career-day on the springboard, posting career-best marks in 1-meter (286.
