YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) --The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team lost to the Ball State University Cardinals, 3-2 (25-21, 17-25, 25-23, 19-25, 9-15) Saturday, Nov. 13 at the Convocation Center.
The loss dropped Eastern Michigan's record to 9-19 overall and 4-13 in MAC play.
The Eagles were led by a double-double from sophomore Samantha Basham (Granville, Ohio-Newark Catholic), who registered 19 kills and 13 digs on the day. In addition, sophomore Raeven Chase (Toronto, Ontario-Michael Power St. Joseph Catholic) added 16 kills to help the offense.
