YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University soccer team defeated Mid-American Conference opponent University at Buffalo, 2-1, Sunday, Oct. 27 at Scicluna Field. The game proved memorable for all involved, as five seniors were recognized at halftime for senior day.
Just under 30 seconds in, Buffalo found an opening in the box and took advantage of the opportunity, scoring to take a 1-0 lead.
Redshirt senior Peyton Davis (North Ridgeville, Ohio-Holy Name) attempted to pull the Eagles even in the 21st minute, working her way into the box and getting a shot off from the center.
