Eagles Can't Overcome Early Deficit; Fall to Creighton 5-2

OMAHA, Neb. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University soccer team fell to Creighton University, 5-2, Sept. 8 at Morrison Field.

In the seven-goal first half, the Eagles got on the board first. In the 18th minute, Parys Kerr (Whitby, Ontario-Pickering) found Sabrina McNeill (Whitby, Ontario-Henry Street) in the box to give the Eagles the 1-0 lead.

Creighton took control of the game shortly after, scoring the next three goals in five minutes to take a 3-1 lead.
