INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University women's swimming and diving freshman breaststroke phenom Delaney Duncan (Galesburg, Ill.-Galesburg) will close out her stellar season at the NCAA Championships this week, March 17-19. Duncan was the lone Eagle selected to compete at nationals and is set to take part in the 100 Breaststroke this week.
The first freshman in Eastern Michigan history to qualify for nationals, Duncan enters the race as the 14th-seeded swimmer after claiming the Mid-American Conference title with a career-best time of 59.46. Her time shattered the school, meet, and MAC record.
