CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) - Junior swimmer Delaney Duncan (Galesburg, Ill.-Galesburg) of the Eastern Michigan University women's swimming and diving team earned Mid-American Conference Scholar Athlete of the Week for the period ending March 18, the league announce Wednesday, March 21. This award was earned for her sensational showing at the 2018 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, which was held March 14-17, in Columbus, Ohio.
Duncan, who is the only Eagle in program history to be a three-time national qualifier, concluded her season as a two-time All-American for her dominating performances in the 100 and 200 breaststroke.
