The Eagles head to South Bend for the Joe Piane Invitational, Oct. 1
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - After using last week to recover and train, the Eastern Michigan University cross country program is set for a trip to South Bend, Ind. for the Joe Piane Invitational hosted by the University of Notre Dame Friday, Oct. 1. The men's team will be split with eight harriers taking on the Blue Division five-mile race at 11:15 a.m. while others will compete in the Open Division five-miler at 12:45 p.m. In addition, the women's team will wrap up the trip with the Gold Division 5K at 1:30 p.
