YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Despite battling back from 20-points down to get within 10, the Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team fell at home in a Mid-American Conference cross-divisional contest against Ohio University, 75-65, tonight, Feb. 5.

The Eagles (10-11; 5-5 MAC) were without their top two scorers, freshman Aaliyah Stanley (Boynton Beach, Fla.-Oxbridge Academy), who averages 12.4 points per game, and redshirt junior Areanna Combs (Oklahoma City, Okla.-Putnam City West (Oklahoma State)), who paces the team with 18.
