YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's basketball team fell at home to the University at Buffalo, 69-62, today, Feb. 2, inside the George Gervin GameAbove Center.

The Eagles (5-12, 2-8 MAC) were led by redshirt senior guard Areanna Combs (Oklahoma City, Okla.-Putnam City West (Oklahoma State)), who dropped 24 points, tallied 11 rebounds, and dished out six assists. Freshman Zaniya Nelson (Oklahoma City, Okla.-Putnam City West) added 11 points, shooting 4-of-5 from the field and hitting one three-pointer.
