LAKE FOREST, Ill. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University sophomore Ty Celone (Long Sault, Ontario, Canada-St Joseph's Catholic) continued his string of solid play Monday, Sept. 24, as he carded a one-over 217 to finish tied for 14th-place at the 22nd Windon Memorial Classic, Sept. 24, on the par-72, 7,202-yard Knollwood Club.
Celone, who finished third at last week's EKU Raising Canes Intercollegiate, posted a final round 71 for the top spot among EMU golfers. Yesterday, the Mid-American Conference's reigning Golfer of the Week carded rounds of 71 and 75.
