RICHMOND, Ky. (EMUEagles.com) – With two rounds in the books, the Eastern Michigan University men's golf team owns a six-stroke lead through day one at the EKU Raising Canes Intercollegiate. Sophomore Ty Celone (Long Sault, Ontario, Canada-St. Joseph's) holds a share of the lead individually.

Eastern Michigan sits six strokes ahead of host, Eastern Kentucky, while Morehead State is third.

Three Eagles sit inside the top-10, led by Celone. The Long Sault, Ontario native carded a first-round 68 followed by a second-round score of 69.
