YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – With three Mid-American Conference (MAC) series remaining, the Eastern Michigan University baseball team is slated for an important three-game weekend set against the Northern Illinois University Huskies Friday-Sunday, May 2-4, at Oestrike Stadium. Game one will start at 3:05 p.m. Friday, May 2, game two will begin at 2:05 p.m. Saturday, May 3, and the series finale is scheduled for a 1:05 p.m. first pitch Sunday, May 4.
Eastern enters the week standing sixth in the MAC, currently holds the final MAC Tournament spot with a 9-12 conference record (17-21 overall), is looking for its fourth MAC series win of the season, and was most recently swept in a three-game set by Bowling Green, April 26-27.
