KENT, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) --The Eastern Michigan University baseball team finished its 2022 campaign with a bang, defeating Kent State University, 15-8, Saturday afternoon, May 21.
The Eagles (22-34, 16-24 MAC) put together 15 runs on 18 hits, including four home runs in the victory.
Senior Brady Huebbe (Peru, Ill.-La Salle-Peru (Northern Illinois)) went 3-for-5 at the plate, supplementing his two home runs with six RBIs. Junior Matt Kirk (Milford, Ohio-Milford (Toledo)) added to Huebbe's awesome power-hitting performance by going 4-for-5 with a home run and an RBI along with one walk.
