Women’s tennis doubles team of senior Lisa Hofbauer and junior Alisa Diercksen lost both their qualifying matches at the ITA All-American Championships at the Case Tennis Center LaFortune Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
"We knew going into this event that we would have to play well to win matches, unfortunately our nerves took over and we were far from our best," associate head coach Kirstin Burgess said in a press release. "Hopefully we can learn from this and be better prepared for our next opportunity."
Hofbauer and Dierksen needed to win three qualifying matches to gain a spot in the main draw.
