The East Carolina women’s volleyball team earned itself one win and one loss after this past weekend where it matched up against the University of Central Florida (0-3) and the University of Southern Florida (3-1).
In their most recent match up on Sunday, the Pirates were able to defeat the Bulls in four sets (25-20, 25-23, 13-25, 25-19). The Pirates improved their record (19-9, 6-8 AAC) from Friday where they lost to UCF (19-7, 12-2 AAC).
East Carolina outhit the Bulls .283 to .262 and also had one more kill than it (57-56). ECU controlled the stat sheet in blocks as well with 5.
