The East Carolina University swim and dive teams split up this weekend as the swim teams traveled to Buies Creek, North Carolina to compete against Lenoir-Rhyne University and Campbell University while the dive teams hosted Duke University and the University of Richmond in the ECU Diving Invitational.
The men’s swimming team raised it’s winning streak to three meets with a convincing 154-97 win over Lenoir Rhyne on Saturday afternoon. The Pirates won all 14 events and freshman backstroke/butterfly/individual medley swimmer Marek Osina continued to dominate winning three individual events. His fellow freshman freestyle/individual medley Ethan Knorr grabbed two more victories.
