ECU baseball uses six runs in sixth inning to beat USF on the road

The No. 13 ranked East Carolina University baseball got its eighth straight win overall against the University of South Florida 13-7 in Tampa, Florida on Saturday night.

The Pirates (20-6, 5-0) now have the chance to win their third straight weekend series today, after winning their first game on Friday 4-0. The team has a chance to start without a single loss during their first six games in conference games during the last game of the series on the road.

The Bulls (12-13, 1-4 AAC) have now lost six straight games and have a 1-4 American Athletic Conference record and a 11-8 record at home.
