In a classic Coach K move, he shook up the roster late in the season. Earlier he had gone with Miles Plumlee, Kyle Singler, Lance Thomas, Nolan Smith and Scheyer.
By the time Duke played Maryland though, on February 13th, Krzyzewski had moved Brian Zoubek into the lineup and slowed the team’s pace to accomodate him.
Zoubek was enormous but had had injuries during his career that slowed him down. When he was called on though, he was ready and his role was basically defense and rebounding.
