DURHAM – The Duke women's tennis team took the courts on Friday for the first time this fall as all nine Blue Devils saw action in the Debbie Southern Fall Classic and the Milwaukee Tennis Classic.
Debbie Southern Fall Classic (Furman, S.C.)
Two of the three doubles teams won two matches to advance to the flight championships on Saturday at the Debbie Southern Fall Classic. The duo of Cameron Morra and Chloe Beck defeated Shelly Bereznyak/Kathleen Jones, 8-5, and then totaled a tight, 8-7 (7-4), win against Ava Hraster/Kylie Bilchev of Georgia Tech.
