BC is the outlier of course and lost to Florida State 88-66 to finish ACC play at 0-19.
But State and Wake had a taut battle Tuesday, then Duke and State had another Wednesday. State beat Wake by three and lost to Duke by three.
Pitt nipped Syracuse by one, 72-71, and in the evening, Georgia Tech came back from 18 down to beat Clemson in overtime, 88-85.
And in Wednesday's night cap, Virginia Tech put on a mostly brilliant display of basketball against young but talented Florida State, winning 96-85.
