Duke freshman Wendell Moore will be out for an indefinite amount of time as head coach Mike Krzyzewski announced that the forward will be undergoing surgery on a broken bone in his hand.
Krzyzewski said that Moore suffered the injury in Duke's 33-point win over Miami on Saturday night.
In the win, Moore played 21 minutes off the bench and showed no noticeable signs of an injury throughout the game, nor was it mentioned by Coach K or any other players following the victory.
Against Miami, the North Carolina native scored six points on 3-of-7 shooting and recorded four rebounds and two assists.
