DURHAM – Duke fencers Christina Ferrari, Stephen Kim and Terence Lee have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2023 Academic All-District Men's and Women's At-Large teams, the organization announced Tuesday.
The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced June 22.
Ferrari and Lee earn the honor for the second consecutive year while Kim collects the accolade for the first time.
