DURHAM, N.C.—The trio of Jeremy Ebobisse, Ryan Thompson, and Zach Mathers was named to the All-ACC Academic Men’s Soccer Team Tuesday as announced by Commissioner John Swofford.
Ebobisse and Thompson captured the honor for the first time in their careers, while Mathers picked up the award for the second time overall.
Ebobisse, an All-ACC third team pick, had a strong sophomore campaign with seven goals and four assists for 18 points. He tallied the Blue Devils’ tying goal in a 2-2 draw with fifth-ranked Virginia to garner his first career ACC weekly award.
