Good news just keeps rolling in for the Duke Blue Devils as its starting point guard and center, Tre Jones and Vernon Carey Jr., were named to the John Wooden Award late season Watch List.
Both players were named to the preseason watch list and midseason watch list, but the explosive Blue Devil duo will now try and keep the award in Durham after Zion Williamson ran away with the National Player of the Year Awards last season.
Kansas and Maryland are the only schools to have multiple players on the late season watch list as Devon Dotson and Udoka Azubukie represent the Jayhawks and Anthony Cowan Jr.
