2015 – Women's Basketball

Elizabeth Williams scored a career-high 33 points as the 15th-ranked Blue Devils downed 12th-ranked North Carolina, 74-67, in overtime in Chapel Hill, N.C. A year after setting a career high with 28 points against UNC, Williams finished with the most points ever by a Duke player in the fierce rivalry. With Williams going 14-for-25 from the field. Rebecca Greenwell added 14 points and 14 rebounds, while Ka'lia Johnson also notched a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards.

1995 – Women's Basketball

Ali Day hit the game-winner as the Blue Devils upset third-ranked North Carolina, 74-72 on January 25, 1995 in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
