Major League Baseball is under a major cheating investigation that is rocking the sport, but if Brandon Ingram does not make the NBA All-Star Game, there should be another major investigation in another major professional sports league.
Ingram once again proved his worth on Thursday night against the Utah Jazz when the former Duke star scored a career high 49 points on 10-of-15 shooting in 41 minutes in the Pelicans overtime victory.
New Orleans came away with a 138-132 win, but it came with some controversy after Ingram hit a go-ahead shot with under a second to go, a foul was called on the Pelicans on the ensuing Jazz inbounds pass.
