DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke volleyball team secured another big victory Saturday night, taking down NC State 3-1 (25-16, 25-22, 23-25, 25-21) in intense ACC action to close out the opening week of the 2020 season in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
With the victory, the Blue Devils improve to 2-0 overall and in conference play as the Wolfpack dip to 0-2.
Senior Payton Schwantz got it done on all fronts Saturday evening, recording a team-high 14 kills and just two errors for a .300 hitting percentage, eight digs and three blocks.
