DURHAM, N.C. – Duke softball head coach Marissa Young announced the signing of outfielder Sarah Goddard to the 2020 signee class.
The Carmel, Ind., native will make her way to Durham after wrapping up her high school career at Carmel High School. In three seasons under head coaches Emily Good (first season) and Ginger Britton (sophomore to present), Goddard has accumulated various awards and enjoyed success on the diamond.
Most recently, Goddard averaged .390 at the plate with team-leading 26 hits, 22 RBI, 20 runs and eight doubles during her junior campaign.
