DURHAM, N.C. – From the Midwest to Durham, Missouri utility player Julia Boyet is Bull City-bound, as Duke softball head coach Marissa Young announced the signing of the utility player.
The St. Louis, native will join the Blue Devils after she wraps up her career at Cor Jesu Academy. Boyet has enjoyed a successful four seasons at Cor Jesu, nearly rewriting the record books while there playing under Ashleigh King's tutelage.
A four-year letter winner, Boyet set Cor Jesu career records in batting average (.468), RBI (101), hits (162), home runs (11), triples (10), doubles (34) and runs (109).
