DURHAM, N.C. – Head coach Pam Bustin adds graduate student Eva Nunnink as the seventh member of the incoming class for the 2020-21 academic year.
Nunnink, who plays both a defender and midfielder, is from Eindhoven, North Brabant in the Netherlands. She went to van Maerlant Iyceum in Eindhoven for high school before attending Tilburg University.
From 2003-16, Nunnink played in the youth system for Oranje Zwart (now Oranje Rood) Hockey Club and joined Were Di for four years (2016-20) while at attending the University of Tilburg.
Born on January 3, 1998, she is the daughter of Hans Nunnink and Hanneke Kuijten.
