There’s no doubt that it’s a good class - Vernon Carey (6-9/270), Matthew Hurt (6-9/215), Wendell Moore (6-6/213) and Cassius Stanley (6-6/193) are all highly regarded.
Stanley has a fairly spectacular accomplishment already - he broke Zion Williamson’s Duke vertical leap record.
There is something here that the author, Ross Burkhart, may have overlooked: we read somewhere recently that Carey has lost a significant amount of weight and is now closer to 250. He's a bruiser but anyone who competes athletically and then gets into much better shape is exploring new territory. He’ll be fun to watch.
