New York has four ACC guys on its roster - two from UNC, one from State and one from Duke.
Obviously the Duke guy is RJ Barrett. UNC has Wayne Ellington, who is from Philadelphia where he teamed up with former Duke star Gerald Henderson.
The other former Tar Heel is Reggie Bullock and the State guy is Dennis Smith.
Both of the latter two have suffered personal losses with Bullock losing another sibling - one was killed five years ago in Baltimore - and Smith losing his stepmother.
Both are pretty harsh. We can’t imagine having to live with a family member being murdered and then losing someone else young as well.
