DURHAM, N.C. – Head coach Megan Cooke Carcagno and the Duke rowing program are excited to announce the signing of Alice Elworthy to compete for the Blue Devils in the 2019-20 season.
Elworthy comes to Duke from Christchurch, New Zealand, and attended and competed for St Margaret’s College under head coach Trudy Keys. She most recently competed for the Southern Rowing Performance Centre rowing club where she earned a bronze medal in the U20 2- and 4-.
Elworthy competed for the St Margaret’s College varsity team in 2017-2018, earning second-place in the U20 4-, and third in the U20 2- and Open 8 at the Mainland Inter-Provincial Championship.
