It’s been talked about for what seems like forever, but Matt Norlander and Anthony Calhoun of WISH-TV in Indianapolis both report that the NCAA is going to make the Indy bubble formal later Monday. We think that Calhoun broke the story but we’re not sure.

Well it’s kind of true: there are high school gyms there that have much more capacity than does Duke.
