DURHAM – Men's golf senior Quinn Riley has been named Duke's PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Week, following his first career tournament win at the Stitch Intercollegiate held at Lonnie Poole Golf Club in Cary this weekend.
Riley secured his first career win in a one-stroke victory after finishing his final-round 1-under 71. The hometown native was able to hold on to the lead thanks to his stellar performance in the final round as he birdied three holes, including the par-4 10th and the par-4 13th en route to individual medalist honors.
