LANCASTER, Pa. – Blue Devil rising sophomores Margaux Paolino and Jillian Wolgemuth have been named to the 2017 U.S. U21 women's national team, as announced by USA Field Hockey Wednesday.
Members of the U21 squad were selected from a pool of athletes who attended the U21 Junior National Camp over the past four days. That group was chosen from the 2017 Young Women's National Championship, which featured more than 130 of the most elite female collegiate and post-collegiate athletes from around the country.
Paolino is one of 11 returning players to the U21 team after helping guide the squad to an eighth-place showing at last fall's Women's Hockey Junior World Cup.
