When it comes to Louisville basketball, there are plenty of great players to choose from. It’s a great tradition with a lot of old school players to choose from. So without further ado:

  1. Wes Unseld. The guy was 6-7 and went toe-to-toe with Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. How can you not love that?
  2. Dr. Dunkenstein, aka Darrell Griffith. The 6-4 native of Louisville was wildly gifted and may still be the best leaper ever in the NBA.
  3. Clifford Rozier, who transferred from UNC. Kidding!
  4. Mike Grosso, who the ACC wouldn’t let in to South Carolina.
