DURHAM – Duke men's lacrosse junior Brennan O'Neill has been selected as the PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Week following a six-point outing in an overtime win at No. 20 Syracuse.
O'Neill, the nation's leading point scorer, tallied four goals and two assists to help the fifth-ranked Blue Devils to a thrilling 14-13 win versus the Orange in the JMA Wireless Dome Sunday evening. The road win in Syracuse was the first in program history and marks the second straight week Duke has defeated an opponent on its home field for the first time.
