DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women's tennis program is set to add another new face, as the team welcomes Eliza Omirou as a graduate transfer for the 2021-22 season. Omirou joins the program after spending four seasons at fellow ACC program Wake Forest.
"We are extremely excited that Eliza has decided to continue both her education and her tennis career here at Duke this coming year," said head coach Jamie Ashworth. "We have had the opportunity to see her across the net quite a bit over her time at Wake Forest and know that she is not only a great competitor, but a great team person.
