This could turn into a really good rivalry
Things got a bit chippy during the U.S.-Australia Olympic basketball game Thursday night and that continued afterwards.
The Herald-Sun (Melbourne’s, not the one in Durham) duly took note. Paul George said a fair amount but the part the paper focused on was that he called Australia a “dirty” team.
Anyway, George went on: “We knew we were going to get their best. It was an adjustment for us. The game kind of got out of hand early with the physical play.
“We knew that coming in - this team has a knack for being a little dirty.
