GREENSBORO, N.C. – For the second time this season, a Duke women's basketball standout has received ACC Player of the Week accolades as senior Leaonna Odom earned the honor Tuesday as announced by the league office.
Odom helped lead Duke to victories at Syracuse and at home against Georgia Tech this past week as the Blue Devils have won four out of the last five contests.
A native of Lompoc, Calif., Odom averaged 19.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals on the week. She hit 76.0 percent of her field goals in the two contests and currently ranks third in the ACC with a 56.
