LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Sophomore attacker Charlotte North delivered her seventh goal of the day in dramatic fashion, sending 14th-ranked Duke to an 11-10 overtime victory at Louisville Sunday.
Following two scoreless overtime periods, North collected a rebound and put it away a minute and a half into a third overtime period, giving the Blue Devils their second overtime win in as many ACC contests this season.
Junior goalkeeper Gabbe Cadoux recorded a career-high 12 saves and senior Olivia Jenner finished with a season best 14 draw controls as Duke improved to 6-1 on the season and 2-0 in conference play.
