New Uniforms For The Blue Devils?

Over the years, Duke has had some great uniform looks. With a great color combination and a simple four letter name (or word maybe if you’re a Duke hater), it’s pretty easy to make a great look.

Consider a few looks from the past: Art Heyman in the early ‘60s, or Jim Spanarkel and Gene Banks in the ‘70s with the cool bucket logo on the (still very short) pants, the clean, classy look of the Laettner era and the alternate black uniforms of the Shane Battier era.

Since Nike started providing apparel to Duke there have been tons of tweaks and stylistic renderings, but other than a one-half foray into green (or earth day or something, we forget), the uniforms have been iconic.
